What materials are your cushions and pillows made from?
Our cushions and pillows are crafted using high-quality materials such as cotton, linen, polyester, and velvet. Each product description provides detailed information about the materials used.For İnner material antiallergic silicon balls are used for Tufted Cushions, French Style Lumbar and bolsters, and throw pillows, High density Foams are used for Flat cushions and flat Bolsters.
What is the difference between tufted and flat cushions?
Tufted cushions feature decorative buttons or stitches that create a tufted appearance, adding texture and visual interest. Flat cushions, on the other hand, have a smooth surface without any embellishments, providing a sleek and modern look. Inner material for tufted ones are antiallergic silicon balls, high density and for flat ones are high density foams. Tufted cushions do not have removable covers because of their special shape, Flat ones have removable covers with zippers.
Are the cushion covers removable and washable?
Our Flat cushion covers come with a concealed zipper, allowing for easy removal and cleaning. But for tufted ones cushions do not have removable covers because of their special shape. We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product for best results.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs for cushions and pillows?
We try to make you able to select any size in the size menu. We're always open to accommodating custom requests whenever possible. If you want to add a slight difference in size you can write it as a note during ordering or contact our customer service team for further assistance. But do not forget there are limits in sizes. For examples you can not order thickness out of 3”-6” because the special shape will be distorted out of these limits, So Please try to select the sizes from our customizable size option menu.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your cushions and pillows, we recommend that wiping it softly with a wet soapy cloth is just enough for cleaning. for tufted ones. Avoid machine washing unless the product's care instructions specify otherwise. But for removable covers you can wash them in the washing machine but in sensitive mode. Additionally, protect your cushions from direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions to prevent fading and damage except our outdoor cushions, they have resistance to sunlight or water.
